Returns
Although we'd love for everyone to enjoy their eladay pieces, we understand returns happen. You may return them for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted (Note: A return postage fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund)
Important: Print the provided packing slip and put it inside your return package before shipping it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any sale items or on orders with 40% discount.
Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the moment the order is fulfilled.
In the case that you request an item for exchange, please note that we cannot guarantee the stock availability of your desired item(s). The requested items will only be reserved for you once your original items are dropped off and scanned by your shipping carrier. To increase the chances of your exchange items being available, we recommend that you drop off your return items as soon as possible. If the requested items are no longer in stock, you will receive a refund for your return automatically.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your package, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@eladay.com.
